This is a Bayly Engineering Broadcast Audio transformer, similar to a Hammond 804 series. The primary and secondary have two windings 150 / 600 ohm and 187.5: 750 Ohm's response is 20 Hz - 20 Khz plus/minus 0.5 DB. These are used but work fine. The new version of these sells for over $100. Asking $15.00 each plus shipping. I have several of them. I also have the same type in 600:1000 ohm.
